TPOA Boys 1st XI Football
What a 2025 season! Our team improved every single week, and all the hard work paid off. We went undefeated and took out the 2025 Secondary Schools Football competition.
Massive thanks to our coaches, Mr Mapuka and Mr Dutt, for giving up their time for trainings and driving us around the mountain. A special shoutout to Tracey Harding. Tracey seriously went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and more importantly we were organised. We are so grateful for everything she did behind the scenes. To the seniors moving on, we wish you all the best in the next chapter of your lives after school football and hope to see you all running at clubs moving forward, and to those sticking around, can’t wait to see how much more you will grow together. Bring on next season!

TPOA 1st XI Girls Football – Jayda Sharp
I have been privileged to Captain the Girls First XI Football team for my last time. I have loved every moment on and off the field with this neat bunch of girls. The start of the season saw the team welcoming in many young and new players to the game of football, which was very exciting to see. Throughout the season everyone has shown great commitment and enthusiasm putting 100% into training and game days. As the season progressed so did the team unity, confidence and skills meaning we were able to play better football and win more games. I have been so proud to lead and play alongside all these girls. Lots of laughter, fun and new friendships made all while kicking a football around. Everyone had something to contribute to this team right down to their individual uniqueness. We finished the season in 4th place in the High School league which was a great achievement.
